Our Virtual Process

Your practitioners at Amos Healthcare will identify your personal genetic, environmental and lifestyle factors in order to come up with a successful plan to support you in correcting and restoring your health all online by video or audio call.

In-Depth Health History Review to Determine your Root Cause

We will spend time getting to know you and learning about your health history. Body composition, posture photos and movement analysis will be completed using our specialist app in the privacy of your home. Any past lab work (blood, buccal, stool, etc), X-rays and MRI results also may be submitted for review. If necessary, a physical exam and additional lab tests may be needed.

Using everything we’ve learned, we will determine the likely cause(s) of your condition.

Detailed Plan and Support

Your treatment plan may include a combination of specific dietary and lifestyle changes including detoxifying breath work, exercise postures and rehabilitation movement, spinal curve support, and nutritional supplements. We will offer support and resources to help you succeed. Our goal is to make sure that no more than 20 minutes per day is taken up.

At the end of your treatment plan an assessment of your progress will be documented to compare how far you have progressed! This includes another body composition and posture photo, movement analysis and available lab tests.
